Kareen Aristide stands out as a passionate woman who helps her clients (especially “parentpreneurs”) realize their full potential professionally, emotionally and spiritually. She combines nearly 25 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience, having impacted hundreds of lives around the world as a pastor, speaker, trainer, coach, consultant and author. Her current expertise is on personal and professional development with a focus on mental health. She is a Certified Senior Consultant in DISC Model of Human Behavior Model (Level I, II and III) in association with Personality Insights and a Certified Speaker with Expert Speaker. In 2019, she was recognized as one of the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada by CIBWE (Canada International Black Women Event). She is committed to educating and helping individuals of all ages take charge of their personal development and mental health based on her own experience battling depression and burnout. After 15 years of dropping out of school, she graduated from college in 2020, making Dean's List and earning a bachelor's degree in psychology, with a minor in neuroscience and mental health from Carleton University. She is currently pursuing a post-baccalaureate degree in cognitive science. She also started a movement for female entrepreneurs called She Did It! She dared! whose mission is to help women develop and grow personally and professionally. She has been married for 23 years and is raising five wonderful children between the ages of 22 and 16, some of whom are also entrepreneurs!
