Kiah Penfield is a teacher, songwriter, and true crime podcaster. She began podcasting in 2023 to bring awareness to the 2017 homicide case of her cousin, Deanna Stevison, in which no charges were filed after the case was ruled to be self-defense despite the many holes in the story. She continues to work to bring attention to Deanna’s case through the Stand Our Ground podcast and hopes to help others find justice for their loved ones in the future. She is beyond grateful for the love and support shown to her and her family by the true crime community.
