Thomas Beener

Thomas Beener, an attorney, completed his Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Iowa.
Driven by his passion for law, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University
School of Law in 1976. With nearly four decades of legal expertise, Thomas has specialized in
corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and tax law. He has served as
corporate counsel for numerous companies and held the position of general counsel at Greenland
Corporation and ExpertHR in San Diego. Additionally, Thomas Beener has experience as a CEO
and board member for public companies, with extensive knowledge in divestitures, mergers,
SEC reporting, strategic planning, and complex corporate financing.
